This Canadian Whisky is a complex and aged 100% rye whisky with nuances of spice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Rich and layered with a deep, lingering finish. The whiskys are distilled multiple times in small batches using a pot still and continuous distillation from a reserved blend of rye whiskys before it is place in casks to age for 12 years.
