Altos is a super premium, high quality, 100% agave tequila. Made with cooked agave juice, water, and yeast. It’s a classic tequila for the modern world.

Created in 2009, our Maestro Tequilero Jesús Hernández teamed up with two of the world´s most recognized bartenders: Henry Besant  and Andrés Masso to create Altos tequila. Searching for a 100% agave tequila for craft cocktails at an affordable price, they created a high quality, agave-rich tequila good enough to sip or to mix in a cocktail.

Ceviches, salads, fish entrees, carpaccios, citrus sauces, green mexican sauce, sushi, general lemon cooked or raw sea food, sweet and sour sauces, asian spicy food.

Tommy´s Margarita- INGREDIENTS: – 4 parts Altos Plata – 2 parts lime juice – 1 part agave syrup Shake all ingredients and strain into rocks glass over cubed ice
